These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and slo888 ("slo888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://slo888.cam. By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any service provided by slo888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted every provision of this Agreement. 2. Eligibility

3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal incapacity under the laws of your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
4. Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one registered Account. Duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated Funds or Bonuses.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through slo888's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any third-party gambling authority.
6. Employee Restriction: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of slo888 and its affiliated entities, together with members of their immediate families, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any slo888 Game.

3. Account Registration

To create a slo888 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

slo888 operates a mandatory KYC programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal or upon reaching specific deposit thresholds, we may require you to submit:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk);

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account name used for the original deposit (same-source rule), except where slo888 expressly authorises an alternative.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before the portion of the balance derived from Bonus funds becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• slo888 targets a withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours for verified Accounts; actual transfer times depend on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
• slo888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000, which may extend processing time.

4.3 Prohibited Funding Sources

You warrant that all funds deposited are legally obtained and belong solely to you. Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, third-party accounts, or credit facilities taken out for the specific purpose of gambling is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

slo888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players may be eligible for a first-deposit welcome bonus of up to 100% match on their initial qualifying deposit, subject to a maximum bonus award. The minimum qualifying deposit and specific maximum bonus amount are stated on the applicable promotion page. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

• Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal.
• Different Games contribute toward wagering requirements at different rates: slots typically contribute 100%; table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) contribute 10-20%; sports betting contributes 50-100% depending on odds; live dealer games contribute as specified in each promotion.
• The maximum bet allowed per spin or per game round while an active Bonus wagering requirement is outstanding is Rp 50.000. Exceeding this limit may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

slo888 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where we determine that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Operating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly;
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedge betting, martingale systems);
• Coordinating with other Players to manipulate outcomes or complete wagering requirements artificially.

slo888's decision regarding Bonus abuse is final and binding.

5.5 Promotional Terms Precedence

Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Bonus terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

6.4 Irregular Play Investigations

slo888 monitors Player activity for irregular patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend the Account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct a thorough investigation before determining whether any breach of this Agreement has occurred.

6.5 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting products (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and e-sports such as Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire):

• All bets are settled based on official results published by the respective governing bodies.
• In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches, settlement follows the specific market rules displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• slo888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on obvious errors in odds, markets, or event data.
• Live in-play betting carries a short transmission delay; bets placed after an event outcome is effectively determined may be rejected.

9.2 Force Majeure

slo888 shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or industrial disputes.

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slo888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless slo888, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

slo888 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for Account verification (KYC), fraud prevention, customer service, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deducting outstanding obligations will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by slo888

slo888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• You are found to have provided false or misleading information during registration;
• You are accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• We determine that continuing the relationship poses unacceptable legal or reputational risk to slo888.

In the event of termination for breach, slo888 may forfeit your remaining balance and any pending winnings.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, slo888 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which slo888 is licensed to operate. You acknowledge that online gaming services may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local law.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the slo888 Platform, you agree to follow this resolution process:

2. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, submit a formal written complaint detailing the nature of the dispute and desired outcome.

12.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Amendments to Terms

slo888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
